TROPICAL BUNGALOW

When the Congolese assistant Fabrice is invited for a dinner with only white people, the racial laws of Belgian Congo are broken. Host Eva sees an opportunity to have an honest conversation about the apartheid system behind the closed walls of her Tropical Bungalow without any repercussions. Together with Fabrice, she challenges her guests to a historical experiment focusing on the imposed role of the Flemish woman and the Congolese in the colonial project. The consequences are unforeseen and devastating.
